The Paper has Launched

Westward Independent Hits the streets

Hello COAP members,

Thank you for all you support these last few months as we have been ramping up our initiatives.

Tonight we were at council to speak to the upcoming debate around the proposed bylaw against open drug use. We will send out the video when we upload it.

We also received a reply from our FOIA request that we will break down for folks in the future. ( after all the Sunday Town Hall and newspaper distribution )

BUT even more exciting is that we launched our newspaper and started delivering it today throughout the Cowichan Valley, thanks to so may volunteers.

If you would like to support our next edition , or know someone who may, please feel free to contact us for a delivery and a meeting ( as we will not be able to print the next one without ad sales ) and we will happily go to their business and have a chat !

There is nothing more exciting than launching a new initiative, as COAP has always known it must use multiple angles to get information out to the public.
