Rogers is asking to put 6 x 5G antennas on a water tower in the middle of multiple houses. Rogers stated that they sent letters to the surrounding houses, which they did, however, the letter indicated these antennas would help for “connection” and “911 calls” and did not provide any indication of possible harm to residents. Rogers works fine already in this area, as we went and checked. Though North Cowichan is recommending and approval of these 6 x 5G antennas they state they do not need to know the dangers nor listen to them.
The letter from Rogers says that they will comply with Code 6 ..but what is that? That is a federal government “code” that they always admit changes based on new studies. Roger’s letter: https://pub-northcowichan.escribemeetings.com/filestream.ashx?DocumentId=14421
Health Canada:
One of the studies listed as references at the bottom of the Health Canada Page:
So when Roger’s rents this space for $3333.33 a month, who is then culpable for any adverse effects? 5G is short-range pulses, and therefore is stronger and needs more infrastructure to “speak to”.
Code 6:
There is no mention of 5G in either Roger’s letters or North Cowichan’s, we had to look up the models of the 6 antennas being placed. If you are concerned, you may speak on this topic, or write in. Deadline for writing in is Dec 20th 1pm. council@northcowichan.ca
Council is asked to receive another letter regarding Bill 44, 46, 47 - spoken about on past Substacks and spoken to in person to the council. See YouTube here:

Victoria mayor is asking for municipalities to request speed cameras “write to the Provincial Government to request that it install speed and red light cameras at all locations in Victoria where there were over 20 casualty crashes during 2018-2022, or that it allow BC municipalities to install speed and red light cameras at their own cost and collect fines; • ask other municipalities in the Capital Region and elsewhere in BC to write similar letters” - Many of this hardware and software is being implemented all over the country under the guise of “safety”, but after attending a zoom with these companies we found the software includes facial and full vehicle capture. North Cowichan is looking to reduce parking spaces in a new proposed development, even though an extensive, tax-payer funded study suggested that one of the reasons N.C. is having an issue with builders building here is their strict parking restrictions - mostly linked to the Transportation plan that is being used to move folks away from vehicle ownership and usage (see last Substack)
