Ex Prov. Govt. Employee - How Questioning DEI Can Cost You Your Job
Going Live 7:30 pm PST, Sunday Feb. 16th
When you lose your provincial job for questioning DEI training.
Meet Nick, a provincial employee who respectfully questioned the training they were required to take—lost his job, and found a new path to support his family.
With Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives slowly losing ground with large companies like Harley Davidson, Walmart, and Ford scaling back, or opting fully out of them, there seems to be a global shift happening.
DEI programs are big money, and like most NGO’s grifting off of the latest moral quest, thousands of groups/presenters have popped up charging big bucks to remind you not to believe your own beliefs, nor hold your own morals, and to make sure you live an existence of perpetual guilt.
Even though other countries and companies seem to be getting rid of the DEI era, in Canada and BC there seems to be no slowing down.
What happens if you just question one little thing about, say, women being proud to be women? What happens if you question if land acknowledgments are really helping First Nations? You get a one-hour disciplinary hearing, forcing you to take more training, leading to the eventual ending of your lucrative job with the B.C. government.
Join us this Sunday as we talk to Nick about his moral journey, the struggle between shutting up, keeping his head down, and working his well-paying job, and his desire to speak his truths safely.

The real problem for Canada is that President Trump has cancelled DEI in the US. If Woke cannot rise from the dead at the time of the next US midterm elections it is really gone.
Canada has lagged the US in productivity for various reasons for at least two generations. Continuing with the DEI nonsense will result in a 50 cent Loonie, and it will be well-earned.
